A boutique seafront hotel on Eastbourne’s Grand Parade and the property our company grew around. It offers restored bedrooms, an Italian restaurant and bar, live jazz, and a wellness centre.
It serves as both our flagship and our proving ground — new standards, systems and service ideas are tested here before we roll them out across the portfolio.
